Family Ties Air, Plumbing, & Drain is led by Jeremy Prevost, a home services executive who previously built and ran 4 Eco Services in Kansas City and Greenstar Home Services in Orange, California. Along the way, he acquired and protected beloved legacy brands, including a 67-year-old, award-winning plumbing institution, without losing the community's trust.

That experience shows up in daily operations: every technician documents findings and builds clear digital proposals on a tablet, so recommendations arrive in writing rather than as pressure at the door.
